When entering a client’s premises whether a place of business or a place of comfort we do our utmost to take all the necessary precautions to ensure paper base items and electrical appliances or wires are treated in the manner its considered to be. Below we have outlined what our valued customers can expect from our professional when acquiring our services.
Pest Control Process For Indoors
We spray the perimeter of the entire building including windowsills, door frames, ceilings, light fittings, blinds, curtains, skirtings, doors, hinges, counter tops and bathrooms with pest control chemicals. We like to make sure that every inch of the premises is taken care of and left in a better way than it was found. All of the chemicals used by our professionals are environmentally friendly, odourless and colourless.
We then spray the inside of all cupboards and take special precaution around food items, if its open or of a paper packaging we will kindly request that its moved or if that’s not possible we will use a suitable method of treatment in areas with these types of items. To note the cutlery and crockery do not have to be cleaned. We are not in the business of creating meaningless work for our clients thus these items can be rinsed under cold water before use.
We also use a special gel based treatment which we place strategically in the kitchen area which helps with the control of cockroaches and lasts up to 3 months. It is still proven to be the most efficient way to kill an entire colony.
If there are any carpeted areas, cloth covered chairs or couches, mattresses we spray these surfaces to get rid of any dust mites, bedbugs and allergens that may be present at the approval of the client.
Then we use a powdered base chemical on all refrigerator motors, electrical wires and DB boxes or electrical switch boxes. We also apply this powder under fridges, chest freezers and stoves. This also improves the longevity of these appliances to keep them free of pests being burnt between the wiring.
We also try to cover every nuke and cranny and move big objects to ensure a thorough job is done.
Then we remove bird nests out of the roof which causes breading places for ticks, fleas, lice etc. and disease.
Placing of mice traps or bait boxes throughout the premises depending on the problem at hand.
Pest Control Process For Outdoors
We spray the perimeter of the entire property outside. Every entrance gets well sprayed around the doors, windows and air vents.
We also spray the outer perimeter around the boundary wall or vibracrete fencing.
All gulley’s, manholes and drains gets powdered with our special water base powdered chemicals.
Bird proofing, closing all entrances into the roof for birds to build nests and cause blocking gutters, dislodging roof tiles and leaving droppings that corrode the building material.
Installation of rat bait boxes, strategically placed around the perimeter of the premises, and setting up a rebaiting schedule.
